Service-request platform

Wilmington Climate Pros provides information and facilitates service requests. It does not guarantee that a provider will accept a request, arrive within a particular time, complete a repair, or offer a particular price.

Independent providers

A responding provider may be independent. Verify identity, licensing, insurance, pricing, scope, permits, and warranty terms before authorizing work. Your agreement for HVAC work is with the provider identified in that agreement.

Educational information and cost ranges

Website content is general information and cannot diagnose a building or system. Cost figures are published third-party ranges for planning and are not quotes. Safety instructions from emergency services, utilities, manufacturers, and qualified on-site professionals take priority.

No fabricated endorsements

References to equipment brands, public programs, or official resources are informational and do not imply endorsement, authorization, or certification.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false requests, harmful code, unlawful content, or another person’s information without authority.
